Enthusiastic plane spotters waited for hours in an area known as 'The Mounds' in Springfield Gardens near JFK Airport yesterday for the Islamic Republic Of Iran 707 plane carrying Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadenijad (seen at right) to arrive.

Ahmadenijad is here to address the United Nations' Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty Review Conference today.
