Cafe Lalo on 83rd St btw Amsterdan and Broadway has lights on their trees all year long. (as well, all year long their dessert is overpriced and clearly made elsewhere, possibly even frozen or sara lee)Though the photo isn't great, if you look at the terrace above Cafe Lalo with the lighted trees, you can see that someone has draped Christmas lights around the railings. That's the spirit! Christmas in October. (Unless of course they just happen to keep their lights up all year as well.)
