What Subway Is The Village Voice Riding In?

Though you can't immediately tell from the photo at left—an advertisement in The Village Voice plugging their Twitter account—the subway car pictured does not appear to be a New York City subway car. For one thing, it has large plastic partitions at the end of seats. I'm not sure if any of our trains are modeled that way. So whose city does this car belong to?
