The little arts and craft market at 144 Spring on the corner of Wooster Street might not make it another summer. The prime corner lot is for lease by Sinvin Realty for up to five floors of Build-to-Suit space. With the voyeuristic and modern Croc Superstore newly opened across the street, 144 Spring might be the ideal spot for a Ray-Ban flagship.
